The Collector’s Guide

Every piece I create is its own unique masterpiece.

Whether we're designing a dining table, preserving a wedding bouquet, or creating a sculptural wall piece, every commission is developed specifically for its collector. Together we'll determine the overall dimensions, wood species, floral design, color palette, and the many tiny details that make the artwork uniquely yours.

Over the years I've incorporated everything from heirloom wedding bouquets and memorial flowers to my signature paper butterflies and moths, shells, dried botanicals, antique keepsakes, and other meaningful mementos. Some of my favorite commissions have included deeply personal details hidden throughout the artwork for families to discover for years to come.

If you have an enchanting concept in mind, I'd love to hear about it.
Every commission begins with a conversation.

First we'll discuss your vision, dimensions, and overall design direction, and I'll prepare a personalized quote with the project cost and estimated timeline.

Once we’re ready to start working together on your project, a non-refundable initial investment of 40% deposit reserves your place in my commission schedule and allows me to begin sourcing the materials for your piece. The remaining balance may be paid in installments throughout the project or in full any time before delivery. I'm happy to tailor a payment schedule that feels comfortable for you.

Throughout the creation of your piece, you'll receive progress updates at key milestones, allowing you to follow your artwork's journey from raw materials to finished heirloom. While every project follows its own creative rhythm, I believe the commissioning experience should feel just as special as the finished piece.
Because every piece is created entirely by hand, lead times vary depending on the scale and complexity of the project.

As a general guide:
- Artwork & tables under 5 feet: approximately 4-5 months
- 6–9 foot tables: approximately 5–6 months
- 10–12 foot tables: approximately 8-10 months
- Large-scale commissions over 12 feet: timelines vary depending on engineering requirements

I personally oversee every aspect of the creative process, from sourcing hardwoods and preserving botanicals to casting in epoxy resin, finishing, and final assembly. Because each work receives my full attention throughout the creative process, I intentionally accept a limited number of commissions each season. This allows me to maintain the level of craftsmanship and care that defines each of my signature originals.
Every commission is quoted individually based on its size, materials, and design.

Factors that influence pricing include:
• Dimensions
• Hardwood species
• Base selection
• Floral complexity
• Specialty materials
• Structural engineering requirements

Most commissioned works begin around $5,000, with larger dining tables and architectural pieces ranging significantly depending on scale and complexity. I'm always happy to provide a personalized quote based on your vision.
Absolutely.

While every piece is created as a work of art, they're also designed to be lived with and fully enjoyed.

I offer both high gloss and satin finishes depending on how the piece will be used. High gloss offers a dramatic glass-like appearance, while satin provides a softer finish with greater resistance to the appearance of everyday wear.

All functional pieces receive a protective ceramic coating, and the epoxy systems I use are specifically formulated for bar tops, countertops, and furniture applications.

As with any fine furniture, I recommend using trivets for hot cookware and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the artwork beautifully for generations.
Yes.

I've created artwork for homes, offices, hospitality spaces, and other commercial environments.

If your project will receive heavy daily use, I'll recommend materials and finishes that best suit your application while preserving the beauty of the artwork.
Yes. Wedding bouquet preservation has become one of my favorite types of commissions. Collectors can choose from sculptural wall art, trays, tables, and other heirloom pieces created using the flowers from their wedding day. Whether you're sending fresh flowers immediately after your wedding or have already preserved your bouquet yourself, I'd be happy to discuss the options available. Every bouquet is handled with the utmost care throughout the preservation process. Because flowers are natural materials, variations in color, texture, and longevity are an expected part of preservation. Certain blooms are more delicate than others and may naturally change during drying due to factors outside of my control, including their condition upon arrival, time since the event, shipping conditions, and the characteristics of the flower itself.
• Every commission is handcrafted exclusively for you and is considered a custom artwork.

• Because materials are purchased specifically for each project, deposits are nonrefundable once work has begun.

• Due to the personalized nature of custom commissions, completed pieces cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of documented shipping damage or loss.

• To ensure every commission aligns with my artistic vision and production schedule, I may occasionally decline projects that are not the right fit for my studio.
