Hey There!

Thank you so much for inquiring about a custom work of art! TK Fareed Hand Crafted Designs Commission Guidelines 2025

  • I am the sole artist and creator behind TK Fareed Hand Crafted Designs; Therefore,  in order to best serve my clients, the amount of commission projects I am able to dedicate myself to each season is limited. I reserve the right to respectfully decline requests based on availability and preference. This allows me to create the best possible finished works with the shortest lead time for the projects I choose to accept.
  • The cost of each table is unique depending on the desired dimensions, design elements, and base/leg preference. Please reach out to me by email at tk.fareed1@gmail.com for a tailored quote.
  • A 40% Project Deposit is required prior to beginning work. This deposit is non-refundable as it is used to purchase the materials needed to create your artwork. The remaining balance is due anytime prior to shipping out the finished piece. Because I understand that commissioning custom work can be a big investment, I always offer the option to pay the remaining balance over installments throughout the course of the project. Respecting that everyone’s situation is unique, I’m happy to work with you to schedule payments at whatever interval works best for you!
  • For all Wedding and Special event Bouquets, a $350 deposit to chemically preserve your live flowers is due following our bouquet inspection upon arrival. This will be applied directly to the balance of your finished design. Once your number on the waitlist is activated then you will have the option to complete the balance of your project in full, or to follow the installment option as outlined above.
  • Due to the delicate nature of flowers, along with a number of variables at play such as temperature and time, it’s important to understand that not all species will withstand the shipping and preservation process as well as others. As a result of this, I am not responsible for damage, loss, wilting, color change, etc. as a result of the drying process.
  • I do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed custom projects with any amount of personalization except in the instance of documented shipping damage or loss.
  • Lead times are subject to changes due to variables such as material delivery/supply chain delays, changes to the initially agreed upon design, flower drying times, replacements/substitutions for unusable flowers, etc. that can affect the total build time. In the event of major timeline changes, I will always share the updates as early as possible to allow for any necessary adjustments to be coordinated.
